Mission

Devoted to facilitating explorations that uncover our truths, ground our actions, and discover what is possible when we align our life.

  • Freedom looks different for everyone. For me, freedom means having the choice of how I show up in the world, both in my personal and business lives. In business, I’ve set up systems that play nice with my neurodivergence, I set my own hours that include rest and recovery, work unbound to a location, show up fully myself without the need to ‘mask’ in order to thrive, and serve people I genuinely adore and admire.

Freedom can also look like stable income, being ‘off-the-clock’ after 5p, not mixing business and personal. Whatever your freedom looks like, we can explore conscious choices to create that life for you.

This is not to bypass or ignore that we live in systems of oppression. We can both acknowledge these systems and also explore how we can create more freedom within ourselves.

  • We are conditioned to operate much of our daily lives disconnected from ourselves. By centering connection within ourselves, we are able to bring awareness to the knowledge of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Through this awareness, new possibility is created to show up authentically in our outward connections.

  • Exploration and discovery of our true selves can be messy work. Often things we’ve ignored or avoided will show up to be tended to. Positive regard (an attitude of acceptance & caring) helps soften the rough edges, release judgements, and allows us to show up with a little more tenderness.

This allows us to move through frustrating circumstances and be more human with one another.

  • We are more than flesh and bone. We are energy. We are love. We are consciousness. Expansion exists beyond the systems we are raised in, beyond the harm we’ve experienced, and into the realms of all possibility.

By opening ourselves to genuinely know ourselves, to be seen, and connect, we open our world to much more possibility and magic. Who wouldn’t want that?
